Installed 5 years ago and unfortunately have had nothing but issues. I have all of the documentation showing that I put forth a great deal of effort in order to get the product to work properly and what these two companies are doing is unethical to consumers. While that may not seem like a lot of money (its not, for a company) that is a lot of money for a teacher like myself. These two companies are "pointing fingers" at each other over a $320 purchase. I'm upset because in the time that I was following all directions from the company, being patient for their replies and thorough in providing them with the information they requested from me, my dog has escaped multiple times. I contacted Amazon and they told me that the company, SportDOG, would have a provide a refund since the product was purchased more than 30 days ago. The company told me that since I purchased through Amazon, I would have to request a refund from them. After nothing worked, I finally asked for a refund on June 12th. I reached out to the company and followed all directions and troubleshooting that they asked me to do. The product stopped working on/around April 26th, 2023. I purchased a SportDOG fence via Amazon on Novemfor $319.95.
